Delivery Although we aim to despatch in stock items within 2 - 5 working days (postage outside the UK normally 7 - 14 days), please allow up to 30 days for delivery before contacting us regarding non delivery. This is in accordance with the mail order regulations. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal strikes, disputes, holidays etc. Orders are subject to stock availability. 4. Return. If you wish to return your goods, for whatever reason, please let us know by contacting Becky on 01328 863079 Unwanted goods should be returned as new, ready for resale, within 7 days of receipt (starting the day after you received them) but you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods to us. A refund will then be issued less any postage costs incurred by us if applicable. Goods which are damaged, faulty or not as described should be returned within 30 days. When returning any goods, having notified and discussed with us first, you should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as this will be required in the event of our not receiving the goods back. Refunds will be given either by cheque, a credit against a further purchase. If we do not receive the goods back and there is no proof of posting, a credit will be given at our discretion. 5. Refunds You may be offered a refund by way of a credit towards a further purchase.
